Stuff like the Yulai thing ****es me off. People find a way to circumvent getting shot down by Concord. They show that CCP hasn't made Concord strong enough to handle stuff.
This is THEIR fault, not the people killing people and surviving Concord.

I like the idea of people being able to join Concord to help stuff like this.

Now they ban Zombie corp because they used this so called "exploit".
It's not their fault game mechanics are screwed like that.
I understand that is bad that newbies get shot in Yulai but come on. Newbies are already protected too much with the new 40% insurance.

PS : if they got a warning not to do it during their action or before, i agree with the banning.

Omg you turn everything upside down.
You name Zombie Inc. the victim of flawed game mechanics.
The Yulai incident is not a good example of CCP being a bad software company. Look how they compensated for losses and took action to prevent such exploit from happening again.
All software has bugs, so exploits can be expected.

Zombie Inc., who exploited the flawed game mechanic got what they deserved. They did it with the knowledge of exploiting and they knew they were cheating. No mercy for people who do that.

Your reasoning can be compared with persons who rob a store and then say it wasn't their fault, because the lock was weak.

All software has bugs, unfortunately EvE has alot of bugs.
This is something I would indeed complain about and I
certainly hope CCP will improve their reputation by making EvE alot more stable.

Ontopic:

I agree with the topicstarter on the issue that it is very annoying if CCP does not document all changes. However I think your protest action will not have many supporters ;)
